Rental rate includes use of the tables and chairs. An initial Deposit of 1/2 the Rental is required upon booking with return of your application to hold the date. Remainder of balance is due 60 days before the event.

There is a $5000.00 minimum on rentals for holiday events and any other day that the Courthouse is regularly closed; $8,000.00 minimum for New Year's Eve.
